During the 2016 Presidential election, several major metropolitan areas in swing states (FL, PA, NC, VA) ALL reported "computer glitches" that required poll workers to check voters in by hand. This created extremely long lines, which then prevented thousands of voters from being able to vote. There needs to be an immediate investigation of these computers. Who reported them as malfunctioning? What was the issue? Review the actual computer logs to determine the validity of their claim. How was the malfunction resolved? All of this is recorded in the computer logs. In addition, these check-in computers must be investigated for any outside tampering or hacking that possibly could have happened during these "down times".
