Immediate pay of reparations to the descendants of slaves, follow the H.R.40 outline to begin paying reparations now.

This is a petition to collectively reach out to the American government for reparations against the slave and their descendants. We are not Black, we are not African American, we are not colored, negro, or any of the other derogatory names America has given us. We are the diasporan, the nationless, the kidnapped and abducted that survived Slavery, Jim Crow and other atrocities of America. These reparations are strictly for the slave and their descendants (Diasporan). We have a unique situation like no other and therefore need to be identified correctly. We are P.A.S.T. Americans..(Americans who are Products of the Atlantic Slave Trade) and America's restitution for it's atrocities is long over due. We ask that the President follow the H.R.40 outline and begin reparations immediately.
