We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Immediate protection for undocumented Haitian nationals and temp. entry/authorization for Haitians at the US-Mex Border

Created by V.A. on October 07, 2016

12 days prior to Hurricane Matthew wreaking unspeakable horrors on Haiti, DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson issued a statement ordering the immediate enforcement of deportations of undocumented Haitian nationals, citing Haiti, the poorest country in the western hemisphere, “has improved sufficiently to permit the U.S. government to remove Haitian nationals on a more regular basis, consistent with the practice for nationals from other nations.”

It's been 3 days & over 800 deaths and Mr. Johnson has yet to issue a statement stating that enforcement of undocumented Haitians will be halted. We, the People, are petitioning to have undocumented Haitian nationals in the United States shielded from deportation and granted temporary entry & authorization for the Haitians at the US-Mex. borders.
