The immediate relief of duty for the officers in Temple, Texas that illegally disarmed a law abiding citizen.

I'm calling for the officers in Temple, Texas to be immediately relieved of duty for the crime of violating the 2nd amendment and illegally disarming a law abiding citizen who was walking with his son in a rural area with his AR15 and sidearm for which he has a CHL. Under Texas legislature it IS legal for the open carry of firearms if you are not a gang member or committing/ attempting to commit a crime or felony. This sergeant was with his son and exercising his 2nd amendment to keep and BEAR arms, this is a clear violation of our most important right! Also the supervising officer repeatedly claimed it was his right to disarm him which is completely wrong, these officers used brute force to illegally search and seize without a warrant the property of this law abiding citizen.
