The Immediate Removal and Prosecution of Senators Debbie Stabenow and Pat Roberts for Violating Their Oath of Office

Senators Debbie Stabenow and Pat Roberts have shown a wanton disregard for the US Constitution and their oath of office. They need to be immediately removed and prosecuted, according to the law. Their lobbyist bill, HB-1599 (AKA the DARK act), and new GMO "compromise" deal is in complete violation of the Tenth Amendment. Writing federal law that preempts Vermont and all states future GMO labeling laws is illegal. The Tenth Amendment is clear- “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Furthermore, this bill changes the language of GE/GMO food to "bioengineered," allowing GMO products to be labeled as non-GMO and keeping consumers in the dark by use of deceptive labeling.
