The single and only true purpose of the United States government is to uphold the constitution of the United States of America.
We the people petition to the government of the United States of America as a FREE people that Politicians be held accountable for committing actions against the United States constitution.
If actions are deemed unconstitutional in a federal court, the politician in question should immediately resign from office upon hearing the verdict of the case.
Actions proven to be unconstitutional are acts of corruptions and therefore do not represent We The People of the government and therefore the politician in question should no longer maintain an office representing the people.
All benefits and pay upon the verdict issued should be relinquished.
