I call for the immediate resignation of Gil Kerlikowske to be replaced with someone, anyone, who has experience with the use of drugs and has been financially successful: A true Drug Czar.
I call for the ending of cannabis prohibition on the basis of individual liberty. Drug use should be a family matter and personal decision.
IN REGARDS TO RECREATIONAL/MEDICAL USE: The government then should promote responsible use as we do with alcohol. Add warning labels for use like cigarettes.
IN REGARDS TO HEMP INDUSTRY:The pharmaceutical, alcohol, timber, and oil industries are too big and are in need of competition.
Finally in the response do not use "marijuana" as it is a nickname and the response be from a new well known and experienced Drug Czar.
