Petition for the immediate return by the State of NC & the ASPCA of all the animals to the Haven Friends For Life No Kill Animal Shelter.
For monies to be given to the Haven each and every year for the outstanding work they have done to save pets from Certain Death, Animal Abuse, and the care of Animals left behind by our Military going on Deployment to defend the United States of America & our Freedom.
To adopt laws that protect & financially assist all No Kill Animal Shelters like the Haven across our Nation.
To immediately put spay,neuter & chip laws in effect for all 50 States to prevent & eliminate the unnecessary suffering & euthanasia of unwanted animals
More than 20 years of sweat & hard work by Stephen & Linden Spears should be rewarded not punished.
