That an immediate stop is put to all bypassing of Congress and the Senate by means of Executive order.

Created by B.M. on January 16, 2013

The Congress and the Senate, the Legislative Branch, serve as the voice of the American people within the American system of government. That, as per the United States Constitution which the President has sworn to uphold under oath, these members of the Legislative Branch are elected by the people of the United States, as their representatives in the American government system, and have the sole power of making and proposing Laws. That to bypass the Legislative Branch, the elected representatives of the American people, by means of Executive Order is unconstitutional.

A demand to President Obama that an immediate stop is put to all bypassing of Congress and the Senate by means of Executive order, and that all previous orders are put to Legislative review to verify if Constitutional.
