The UN Security Council is unable to fulfill its function to protect the innocent people of the world and because of the fact that some of its members support the crime is happening in Syria. Russia, as a permanent member of the Security Council of the United Nations launched a war against Georgia in 2008 without any authorization of the Security Council.
