The goal of this petition is to force the Obama Administration to produce legislation that funds and encourages proper firearm training to responsible citizens of the United Sates. Murders by guns can only be reduced by a properly trained, responsible, armed citizenry.
Powerful lobbying groups have tried to subvert citizens Constitutional right to bear arms, in order to render them defenseless. Therefore, Congress must act on what is stated law, and face the reality that access to firearms is what the Second Amendment intends to achieve.
