To cease gross overcompensation and to better encourage politicians to grow the economy, wages of all elected representatives should be adjusted to match the median annual income of all full-time-employed individuals of 18 years of age or older of those that they represent (e.g. the Senators of NE would recieve annual compensation equal to the median income of all working adults within the state of NE).
