We the undesigned hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, and thus endowed by their Creator certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
We believe our Creator has endowed with us the unalienable right to ask to peacefully withdraw from the United States. We believe our unalienable right includes being accepted with a protectorate status as Puerto Rico, granting our citizens the right to vote upon statehood or not, whilst still accepting full beneficial commerce and trade with the United States of America.
We, the undersigned, are coerced to action in immediate effect because The Life, Liberty and Happiness of Kansas has been summarily violated with the shocking defeat of Governor Mitt Romney.
