We believe that the "ongoing, daily" seizure of phone records by the National Security Agency under the Obama Administration is unlawful and unconstitutional. The practice must immediately cease.
Millions of Americans are directly affected by this order. Warrantless harvesting of citizen's phone records is wrong, and directly contradictory to the protections against unreasonable search and seizure enshrined in our law.
Stop this practice immediately and publicly, Mr. President.
