Immediately and unconditionally legalize all undocumented immigrants.

Racist immigration policies are harmful to both immigrants, and citizens of the United States. Super-exploitation of immigrant workers not only deprives these workers and their families of their human rights, but renders them a source of cheap labor which undercuts the wages and benefits of the working class as a whole. For this reason, we call for the immediate legalization of all undocumented immigrants, and the recognition of all their human and constitutional rights - including the rights to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness - and rights arising from these - like the right to employment, the right to organize or join a union, and the right to be secure in their person without having to fear discriminatory policies, or racist attacks.
