We the people of the United States demand that the White House immediately draft and present to a joint session of Congress and to the UN Security Council a resolution which will immediately condemn the illegal occupation of Ukrainian Territory by the military forces of the Russian Federation in line with the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances. This action is necessary because in December 1994 Russia, the UK & the USA agreed to respect Ukraine's borders in accordance with the principles of the 1975 CSCE Final Act, to abstain from the use or threat of force against Ukraine, to support Ukraine where an attempt is made to place pressure on it by economic coercion, and to bring any incident of aggression by a nuclear power before the UN Security Council.
