Immediately and without delay require that member of Congress and the Senate submit to mandatory annual drug testing.

Created by M.S. on December 07, 2015

Rep. Trey Radel was recently charged with cocaine possession. He has previously tried to enable legislation that would require the poor and qualified recipients of government assistance (Food Stamps) be drug testing by providing urine samples for testing. This is an embarrassing government overreach into the lives of private United states citizens. Since this has become an issue in the Senate and the Congress by several members. It is the opinion of the citizens of the United States that our elected Federal office holders in the Senate and the Congress be similarly tested. Our elected federal office holders hold the public trust and are entrusted with making sound laws, unapproachable behavior and standards of conduct. To this end We The People of These United States make this request.
