We need to put an end to systematic disenfranchisement of minorities, and moreover, IMMEDIATELY reinstate any and all votes that were inappropriately removed from the record via crosscheck. And we need to do so before December 19th.
Nearly 1 million voters may be subject to having their vote invalidated by the unconstitutional and fraudulently implemented practice of crosscheck. Votes by individuals with similar, but NOT identical names, have had their votes discounted -- and the names on these lists are disproportionally associated with African-American, Latino and Asian communities.
