FBI and Congressional leaders actively blocked reports and intelligence that showed that Russia was interfering with the Presidential Election.
Hindering an investigation, is a form of aid, and so any Congressional, DOJ, or State employee, Senator, or Representative, or Judge that has actively blocked or attempted to stop an investigation into Russian influence or the hacking of our Presidential Election, must be investigated for Treason, per 18 U.S. Code § 2381:
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason..."
