immediately begin a National Skills Center (NSCTR)to retrain & employ Americans, from city to city, for 21st century job

Created by Z.D. on April 03, 2016

Skills centers have worked quite successfully, historically. During the 1970's and 80's, the East Bay Area launched a skills center that trained thousands of citizens for good paying jobs.

The local communities participated by McDonald's, for example, offering meal vouchers for students at the center and small businesses as well as well known entities hiring the newly trained graduates.

So many areas of employment exist, on a national level, to pursue such as organic farming, wind and solar farms, return of manufacturing, textile mills and footwear design.
More women are entering the computing and coding fields; why not bring building & manufacturing of new brands of personal computers and laptops back to America?

Join me in pushing to make the National Skill Ctr (NSCTR) a reality.
