We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Immediately Bring Better and More Regulations to America's Adoption Industry

Created by M.D. on November 06, 2016

Although adoption laws vary state by state, some aspects of adoption are Federal. We are asking for these changes implemented in Federal Court:
Abolish pre-birth consent.
Mandate adoption agencies must release biological medical history when given.
Abolish amended birth certificates and give a certificate of adoption.
A natural mother may not sign a no-contact form until after twenty sessions of therapy with a mental health professional trained in trauma not affliated with an agency.
Minors may not meet with adoption workers or adoption lawyers without consent of their parents or legal guardians.
Babies may not be adopted out behind the backs of their law abiding fathers.
Extended family of the pregnant mother must be interviewed first to see if they will raise the child if she cannot.
