Immediately recall all personnel from American Embassies in India where security measures have been reduced or removed by the Indian government. Popular anti-American sentiment seems to be rising in India, and the Indian government has shown a willingness to retaliate against the US for a perceived slight by putting Americans in our embassy at risk. It seems clear that at the moment we cannot rely on India to protect our people, and in the interest of preventing another tragic incident, as happened in Libya, we should take preventative action by withdrawing all American personnel.
