We propose that "Affirmative action" policies, and those related policies which establish race and/or sex as relevant categories within Federal hiring, contracting, and academic pursuits, be ceased on the grounds that it devalues hard word, increases racial tensions, and that employment, contracting, and academic pursuits should be based on merit, not race or gender.
We call upon the Obama administration to support Congressional legislation directed at making such policies and practices unlawful, as well as to utilize Presidential Executive Orders, and all other administrative remedies at the disposal of the Obama administration, in order to effect a swift and expeditious end to all such effectively racist policies.
