WHEREAS all members of any state should enjoy equal rights and opportunities under the law, regardless of race, religion, or ethnicity; and
WHEREAS any state that is dependent on United States support for it's well-being, security, or even it's continued existence is empowered to act by such support; and
WHEREAS United States material support for state regimes that discriminate based on race, religion, or ethnicity perpetuates the abuses inflicted upon the victims of such discrimination;
THEREFORE we demand that you immediately cease all financial, military, diplomatic, logistical, or other material support for any and all government entities that pursue, enact, or enforce such discriminatory laws, policies, or practices; and that any such support be classified a felony under U.S. law.
