The Federal Government is now and forevermore banned from using Tax Dollars on Foreign Aid, Illegal Immigrants and Refugees. Further all past aid must be repaid immediately including aid to illegal immigrants and refugees. The money shall then be made available to help returning Veterans, Homeless Vets, and Veterans Medical Care. Anyone violating this shall be imprisoned for not less than 20 years and not more than 40 years with no time off for good behavior. All Tax dollars must be spent on U.S. Citizens and Projects located on U.S. soil proper, not colonies or possessions.
