Immediately Commence Deportation of Justin Bieber Upon Conviction of a Crime Pursuant to INA 237(a)(2)

Created by P.N. on January 14, 2014

We respectfully and earnestly petition President Barack Obama to direct the U.S. Attorney General, upon the conviction for a crime pursuant to Section 237(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act committed by Justin Drew Bieber (resident of Calabasas, California), to immediately commence deportation proceedings for Mr. Bieber, a citizen of Ontario, Canada.

We further believe that Mr. Bieber’s behavior while residing in the United States is not commensurate with even the lowest standards for a resident living in the United States and far from the highest ideals we all strive towards as responsible and upstanding adults. While, barring criminal commission, we believe such behavior of citizens is certainly afforded and protected by our Constitution, it should never be tolerated.
