to immediately commute the sentence of Jonathan Pollard to time served.

Created by A.P. on January 16, 2013

Jonathan Pollard was convicted of spying for Israel in 1987, and based on testimony now proven to be at variance with the any actual National Security damage (http://www.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB407/) was sentenced to life. His sentence is harsher than those spies whose activities resulted in the death or exposure of US assets overseas (http://www.jonathanpollard.org/sentences.htm). He deserves clemency, commutation at least, and quite possible, pardon.
