Whereas, the United States of America has used millions upon millions of taxpayer dollars to assist other countries.
Whereas, the United States of America is currently debating whether or not to raise the debt ceiling to pay bills and increase spending.
Whereas, the United States of America has a massive spending problem.
Therefore, let us bring an immediate end to ALL foreign aid. Until the United States of America no longer has a budget deficit we should not be using taxpayer money to fund any foreign country activities. We cannot help other countries is we cannot even help our own citizens.
