If our US government is not yet prepared or equipped to handle the huge immigration issues we face, then it should at minimum begin with the criminals using American Identities. Identity theft is a crime no matter nationality and the continuation of this crime is ruining American credit all over the country. People breaking this law to work and run up bills in another's name have no right to amnesty in our nation. I propose it is just to implement immediate deportation of these criminals with at least a 25 year ban on re-entering our country.
