Immediately disband the Executive, Judicial and Legislative Branches of our government.

Based on the most recent political events, it can be inferred that the Democratic and Republican parties have failed to provide any medical documentation to prove that they are not in fact suffering from severe Mental Retardation. Although the CDC and WHO have not yet cited this as a major health concern, I believe it is my civic duty to report it to the federal administration. In order to prevent the spread of this illness, I believe we should disband the entire federal government immediately. There have also been reports of isolated cases of Autism in coastal states such as California. However, since autism by its nature causes one to be less social, it is very unlikely that this disease will spread (Unless by vaccine of course).
