immediately eliminate the U.S. Tax Code in its entirety and replace it with a sliding scale flat tax rate for ALL!

We the people want the Tax Code of the United States eliminated. It is mostly about loop holes and allows many Americans and all Corporations to avoid taxes. Establish a sliding scale flat tax for ALL personal income. ALL persons must pay their fair share and there shall be no exceptions or loop holes. For Corporations, establish a flat tax that is competitive which appears to be 25%. Establish tax penalties for Corporations that attempt to avoid taxes in any way.
