Immediately enact the following term limits, curb pay raise voting and benefit restrictions.

Created by D.L. on April 30, 2013

1. Limit the term of Congress, Senate and House of Representatives to no more than 2 elected terms during their lifetime.

2. The President, Congress, Senate and House of Representatives will receive health care benefits using the same pools, choices, rates and deductibles as the rest of the citizens of the United States. 3. Congress, Senate and House of Representatives cannot vote to determine their own pay raises. Raises for public officials will be voted upon by the American people in normal election cycles.

4. No continued pay or benefits for elected or appointed officials once a term has been completed.
