To immediately end AGE discrimination in Federal Law Enforcement positions!

Created by D.K. on November 13, 2012

Currently Federal Law Enforcement positions require the Applicant to be under a certain age (generally 38 or younger). Eliminate age discrimination, military credit and college education requirements, to allow ALL US citizens equal opportunity to apply for these positions. Currently there is a double standard being used. The state governments are not permitted to age discriminate, but the Federal Government is permitted to Age discriminate. The Federal government is not above the law!
