The United States of America is over stretched militarily around the globe. The involvement of Russia in the Syrian Civil War has created an opportunity for American withdrawal immediately from the conflict. This opportunity would allow America forces to scale back spending and bring about a "recharge" for our armed forces. Allowing new defense plans to be written and preparations for this new generation to succeed on a global scale as America is known to always do.
