It is the will of the people of these United States, to hereby end all U.S military involvement worldwide, and to immediately cease all covert destabilizing efforts. The American people do not wish to engage in further acts of war with any group of people or the country from which they may originate, further more the American people do declare non compliance with their will an act that constitutes a threat to national security.
Failure to comply will result in the immediate impeachment of the President, Vice President, all civil officers and responsible parties as per Article 2 Section 4 of The Constitution of The United States of America.
