This petition calls for the immediate end to any and all government programs over the skies of Atlantic City, NJ.
Specifically referencing but not limited to ;
-Any and all aircrafts releasing contrails which cover the horizon and or eventually fall to the Earth.
-Any and all attempts at climate manipulation.
-Any and all weather experiments
