immediately end the illegal, unwarranted and unconstitutional surveillance of private citizen communications or PRISM.

We call upon the Obama Administration to, without delay, to end the secret collection of private communications that involve ANY US Citizens. The 4th Amendment of the United States requires a search warrant with probable cause to engage in record seizures of any kind, regardless if that information resides with a company or an individual. The mass seizures of records for intelligence gathering is not a case where there has been a probable cause case made against a specific US citizen. Regardless if the information gathered does or does not identify the individual specifically, the collection of said private information is a dramatic overreach of the Federal Government and it's subordinate agencies. We, the people demand the end and mothballing of the PRISM program without delay.
