President Obama should use whatever authority is within his power to put an immediate halt to NSA domestic spying, and work with Congressional and Senate Republicans and Democrats to end The Patriot Act and restore the 4th Amendment. If this can't be done he should resign office for failure to uphold and defend the Constitution.
