Immediately execute the largest scale down of law-enforcement in U.S. history.

As a citizen of the United States, I demand that we immediately execute extensive scaling down of domestic law-enforcement nationwide, including full demilitarization. I propose that we make it possible to accomplish this primarily through ending the war on drugs. I have seen enough of my fellow Americans killed by the hands of our own law-enforcement; yet I also recognize that it is not the men and women in uniform that are at fault. I believe the only way to restore a relationship of trust between myself and law-enforcement is to get back to the values of protecting the individual rights. Re-evaluate the scope and role of law-enforcement and government in our lives with a fully liberty-conscious and Constitutional approach and begin making dramatic changes to our policies.
