More than 2 million low income texans, who other wise would be covered are going uninsured because Texas leaders have refused to expand the medicaid program. It is an inexcusable failure of governance of our great state. Millions of texans young and old are going without desperately needed medical care due to the neglectfulness of our state leaders.
