Director Comey willfully violated FBI protocol and ignored the recommendations of the Department of Justice by delivering a deliberately vague and unsanctioned missive to select members of Congress stating that he had possible new information in the closed investigation into Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's emails. Given the timing--just eleven days before a Presidential election--and lack of information this was a clear attempt at election tampering and Director Comey should be removed and criminally charged immediately.
