Office of Personnel Management's Director Katherine Archueta has overseen and is directly responsible for the worst leak of personally identifiable information (PII) regarding U.S. government employees in history... over four million of them by OPM's own preliminary esitmate. As revealed in congressional testimony, it was Ms. Archueta's personal decision to leave known unsecured systems online for the sake of convenience, despite multiple Inspector General (IG) recomendations spanning several years against this practice. Ms. Archueta's incompetence has put at risk the safety and security of millions of government employees as well as the security of this nation. She must go, and immediately.
