The habitual spending of U.S. tax dollars to curry favor with foreign nationalities can no longer be tolerated. Bribery is unbecoming the elected government of the United States of America, an insult to it's people, and an unwanted burden on the tax payer. I call for the immediate cessation of transfer of American monetary aid, or any other form of aid or gift, to foreign nationals or nations, whether or not they represent their respective governments. Distribution of gifts and monetary aid through U.S. Embassies, likewise, shall be prohibited. These funds, instead, shall be put toward the reduction of our National Deficit with immediate effect.
