Immediately halt all Federal taxes and switch to a 2% tax on anything we buy as well as a 2% income tax.

I propose that the federal government stops taxing randomly and in various areas, and just does a 2% tax across the board. 2% of your income is taken and 2% of anything you buy is a tax, this will give citizens more money in the pocket, allowing them to spend more of their money, putting more money right back into our federal government, allowing our economy to thrive once more.
