Immediately halt all Foreign Aid and Congressional salaries while the United States runs without a balanced budget.

It is unfair of the United States government to expect its citizens to continue to pay higher taxes and to endure government inflicted cuts to essential programs and defense; while that same government continues to pay tens of billions of dollars of foreign aid; and that same government continues to collect over a billion dollars in salaries.
It is time that the government represented and looked out for the best interest of "We, the People", not for self-serving foreign interests; and not for politicians who collect "entitlements" in the form of salaries, while not doing the job that We hired them to do.
