Considering the recent exposure of Ebola within the borders of the United States, we the people petition the Obama administration to take expedited measures to protect the American Citizens.
These actions should include,
1. Restrict all air travel to and from West African nations.
2. Restrict passport usage to West Africa to essential only personnel.
3. Implement an agency wide screening process for international travelers.
4. Isolate and monitor any citizen for 21 days, who wishes to return to the U.S. that has traveled to the effected region.
5. Disseminate current threat, and operations procedures to the lowest echelon of health care workers.
6. Implement criminal charges for people who refuse to remain isolated after verified exposure to an Ebola patient.
