Immediately introduce legislation that will strip the pay of congress during a government shutdown

For too long members of Congress have been the only people who are not hurt when they do not do their job and it is time for this to change. We the people ask that a bill is immediately introduced that would strip all members of their pay for not passing a budget. Plain and simple it should be an honor to serve the people of the United States but instead our current congress is putting moral and ideological beliefs over the needs to the American people and holding us all hostage. We are sick of it and want to see change NOW!
