Immediately investigate potentially treasonous and illegal comments publicly made by a member of the U.S. Congress

We call for the immediate removal and investigation of Colorado Rep. Doug Lamborn for this comments recently where he has stated publicly that, “A lot of us are talking to the generals behind the scenes, saying, ‘Hey, if you disagree with the policy that the White House has given you, let’s have a resignation.’” These comments fall in clear breach of 18 U.S. Code § 2388 - Activities affecting armed forces during war, which states, in article (a) that- "Whoever, when the United States is at war, willfully causes or attempts to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty, in the military or naval forces of the United States....Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both." This cannot and should not be tolerated from our government.
