On 02/07/13 Officer Brian McGee, without warning, rammed a civilian vehicle and took 3 shots at a defenseless driver named, David Perdue. Without even speaking to David Perdue or any other witnesses besides the officers, the DA dismissed this blatant attempted murder of an innocent, unarmed, nonthreatening citizen as justified because the officer was in "near panic" about another suspect. this is completely unacceptable and needs to be brought before a judge.
