Make sex crimes including sexual assault, taking lewd photographs or video of a minor and human traffic-ing only punishable by death. Limit the number of appeals to 5 and limit the amount of time those convicted have to file those appeals to 5 years total. Ban prosecutors from offering plea deals to anyone accused of the same offences.
